To the Land of the Rising Sun I Go!
I contemplated writing about my trip to Japan. After all, who wants to listen to people ramble on about all sorts of boring personal stuff? Well, I figured it would be nice to document it for anyone who’s interested…like me, for example, years and years from now. So here goes nothing!
This trip actually almost did not happen. Turns out I am not very well organized. I booked from two different providers for reasons I’m not sure I remember. Well, turns out, I booked the trip from Chicago to Los Angeles a day AFTER my trip from LA to Tokyo. Yikes! Thankfully, I found out about it today which gave me time to go ahead and make alternate plans to get me to LAX tomorrow. They say that each trip has one thing that goes wrong. If this is mine then I’m thankful it happened early.
Alright, I’m off to start packing which I was planning to do tomorrow. As the Japanese say, sayonara!
