Swoops in the Conrad Concierge app. The concierge app, available for both Android powered phones, iPhones and iPads, allows guests to manage all aspects of their stay. Whether it’s pre-arrival requests or on-property amenity, it’s all accessible via the app from where ever you may be.
I was asked to test out the app and see how much it affected my stay at the Conrad New York. After all, the hotel reported higher guest satisfaction rate from those who have used the app. In the world where our lives run on our phones, it’s no wonder we’re happier when we can personalize luxury to meet our needs and wants.
I also felt less guilty about ordering room service at 3:00 a.m. when I knew that I can do it all via the app and not have to call anyone. All in all, it made my stay so much more convenient.
