Word on the Street
Meeting Sami along with anyone through Twitter always is an odd feeling. You know them only through words and you begin to wonder what is on the other side of the powerful world of Twitter. Instantly Sami and I teamed up to hold ROOFs 1st TweetUp event and it truly was a ROOF TweetUp success. Sami was amazing to work with and his enthusiasm, support and personality brought the event together. He was patient and always willing to help and support me in any way needed and was there from beginning to end to see the event through. To my surprise, almost all of the Tweetps that attended the event knew Sami in some way shape or form. ROOF’s TweetUp event brought in 180 Tweeps that filled the south end of ROOF. I cannot thank Sami enough for all of his guidance and support as it truly is appreciated and would return a favor to him in a heartbeat.
Best of luck Sami in all of your future endeavors and I cannot wait to work with you again in the near future.

How does one describe Sami in just one word? Dynimo! Sami is energetic, fun, social, organized, dependable and a go-getter all at the same time. He did an amazing job organizing both a city social and networking event for our Young Professionals Committee of the Japan America Society of Chicago. @Sami Ari is one of the most social tweeters I’ve met. He loves meeting new people, initiating conversations and overall just wants to be your friend (…) recently nicknamed “Mr.Tweetup” because he’s put together quite a few noteworthy tweetups this year. The previous week, I went to one of his tweetups and had a great time.
I had the opportunity to attend another fantastic tweetup organized by @SamiAri (…) If you haven’t had a chance to chat with @SamiAri I suggest you do because he is an extremely kind savvy social media aficionado that knows how to throw a party! Words cannot express what an unbelievable job he did in organizing this event.
